Work covers upgrades to the existing HVAC system of Buildings A, B, and C at the Nebraska Correctional Center for Women located at 1107 Recharge Road, York Nebraska. Work includes HVAC demolition, piping materials, dielectric fittings, sleeves, mechanical sleeve seals, escutcheons, grout, concrete bases, supports, and other work listed in the bid documents.
