Sealed bids for the Mills County Secondary Roads Facility located at 403 Railroad Avenue, Glenwood, Iowa, will be received at the offices of HGM Associates Inc., 640 Fifth Avenue, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until September 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. and will be opened publicly. The bid
tab will be made public.

The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new building at the existing
Engineer Facility at 403 Railroad Avenue, Glenwood, Iowa 51534. Materials include concrete foundations and slabs, masonry walls, steel structure, steel
floor joists, steel roof joists, metal decking, concrete floor topping, metal stud framing,
precast hollow core slabs, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum store front, single ply membrane roofing, casework, insulation and interior and exterior finishes. Fire
sprinklers, mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. Sitework includes
grading, utilities, paving, irrigation and landscaping.
Accessibility Features included in the work: Provide accessible curb ramps at all walks that connect to paved areas. Ramps
shall be constructed to meet the most stringent code requirements in effect.
Review ramp slopes and layout with Architect prior to construction. Restroom.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $150.00 payable to HGM Associates Inc. *A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check. There is a limit of 1 set per planholder.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
