Sealed proposals for the CSI N3 Building Addition at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution will be received by the Engineering Division, Double “Y” Building, Conference Room “E”, Department of Correctional Services, P.O. Box 94661, Folsom and West Prospector Place, Lincoln, Nebraska 68509-4664, until Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Bid Security is required. Bidding documents are available from the office of the printer, A&D Technical Supply, 1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE.

The Work of this Contract comprises of the CSI N3 Addition to the Tchumseh State
Correctional Institution at 2725 NE-50, Tchumseh, NE. The addition will house a large
Work Area, Office, Tool Room Storage/Loading Dock Area and Restrooms. It contains a
loading dock with dock seals and a dock leveler, (2) overhead panel doors and chain link
fence separating spaces. The structure is composed of interior CMU blocks and exterior
of pre-case insulated panels, with a sloping beam/metal joists roof system. The roof is an
EPDM fully adhered membrane system. It shall be built and finished in accordance with
the Contract Documents.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable
payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling
and postage.
A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
