PreBid Info:   A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 11, 2019 in the elementary cafeteria at the project site, 312 N Douglas Street, Wayne, Nebraska. All bidders are encouraged to be present. There is no other time scheduled for inspection of the existing conditions.

Bid Info:   YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Wayne Community Schools shall receive sealed bids on a Construction Contract for Mechanical and HVAC Improvements at the existing Wayne Elementary School building located at 312 N Douglas Street, Wayne, Nebraska; That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in the Wayne Community High School Office at 611 W 7th St, Wayne, Nebraska 68787. Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Public Notes:
This project consists of improvements to the existing HVAC system at the existing Wayne Elementary Building. Work includes replacement of dedicated outside air units, replacement of individual water source heat pumps and modifications to the temperature control system.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
