The Owner will engage the services of a certified Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) to
support the NDCS Reception and Treatment Center – Phase 1 Bid Package 3 Project. The TAB
Contractor shall coordinate all required work with the Contractors and Sub-Contractors of the
NDCS Reception and Treatment Center – Phase 1 Bid Package 3 Project.
B. See the NDCS Reception and Treatment Center – Phase 1 Bid Package 3 Project bid documents
including all associate addenda for additional project scope of work.

Job Purchase Information:

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508 (402-474-5454), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and at web address www.adtechsupply.com, in accord with the Instructions to Bidders, upon depositing the sum of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group inc.
Documents for Bid Package 3 are included and available upon request for all bidders who obtain Bid Package 4.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the
Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
If shipping is required, there will be a non-refundable $35.00 fee required for each set shipped Payable to A&D Technical Supply
A complete digital copy of bid documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 payed to A&D.
