Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on July 23, 2019, for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Items included in the work: The Work includes but is not limited to the build-out of interior spaces within the existing Council Bluffs City Hall building located at 209 Pearl Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa. Materials include fire treated wood floor joists and subfloor, metal stud wall framing, wood doors, wood jambs and trim, casework, insulation and interior finishes. Electrical systems are included in the work. Mechanical systems, carpet, resilient and carpet base 16 will be provided by others. There is no sitework.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
