Public Notes:
A general description of the proposed Project is as follows: A. Project Scope of Work will include installation of 10” public and 8” private sanitary sewer piping and manholes. Specific construction activities will include the following: site clearing, erosion control protection, open-cut sanitary sewer construction, directional boring sanitary sewer construction, installation of pre-cast sanitary manholes, backfill, site restoration and other construction improvements as indicated on the construction documents and specifications.

B. The 10” public and 8” private sanitary sewer shall be built in accordance with the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction.

C. The approximate quantities for construction include the following: 10” sanitary sewer = 1640 LF, 10” bored sanitary sewer = 130 LF, 8” sanitary sewer = 1170 LF, sanitary manholes = 7ea. A complete list of construction quantities is listed in the project bid sheet and construction plan documents.
