The Board of Education, Gretna Public Schools, Gretna, Nebraska will receive Bids for a Combined
Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for removal of 2 existing
classroom units, selective demolition on site and new construction for set up for two (2) new portable
classrooms and site improvements located at 801 South Street, Gretna, Nebraska, 68028. Classroom
Portable units are not part of this work, they are being provided to the site.
The buildings are one (1) story in height, and have an area of approximately one thousand seven hundred
forty (1,740) square feet each.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to obtain a deposit refund.
