Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. A new approximately 8400 SF addition to Sandoz Elementary School and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Biding Documents are available from A & D Technical Supply Co. for a $150.00 deposit check made out to Lexington Public Schools will be required to obtain plans and specifications

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $25.00 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $30.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the bid documents and any addendum in good condition to A&D Technical Supply Co. within 30 days of the bid opening.
