Tru-Built Construction (Construction Manager at Risk) will receive bids for all trades for the Milford Public Schools Jr-Sr High School Addn. & Renovation project, located at 301 ‘G’ Street, Milford, NE 68405.



Job Purchase Information:
A physical copy of the bid documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc at 1822 N Street, Lincoln NE 68508, with a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100 made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.

Documents can be shipped UPS Ground for a non-refundable payment of $25 made to A&D Technical Supply.

Only complete sets will be issued.

Documents must be returned within 30 days of the bid opening. The deposit will be refunded after notice of award or when bid documents and any issued addenda are returned in good condition to A&D Technical Supply.
