The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified construction manager to provide pre-construction services and construction serves as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) for the College of Dentistry Simulation Lab (Project). The estimated construction cost is $1,040,000.00.
The project consists of approximately 6,500 sf of renovation to an existing building on the UNL campus.
