Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Renovation and addition to an existing one-story elementary school. The addition will be approximately 10,000 sf to bring the final building foot print to be 54,134 gross square feet. The building is classified as an Assembly and Education occupancy. The major structural system is a combination of structural steel and precast concrete wall panels. The building and site will not be occupied during the duration of construction.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $60.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $65.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
