The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Construction of a new building addition, remodel of portions of existing buildings and
site improvements to comprise the new Reception and Treatment Center.
a. New Construction:
1) New building addition between the existing Lincoln Correctional Center and
Diagnostic and Evaluation Center.
2) New Central Plant building.
3) Civil grading, pavement, fencing, utility and other site improvements.
b. Demolition and Remodel work:
1) Civil grading, pavement, fencing, utility and other site improvements within
the existing property.
2) Selective areas of demolition and remodel work within the existing Lincoln
Correctional Center and Diagnostic and Evaluation Center.
3) Replacement and remodel work of fire alarm systems within the existing
Lincoln Correctional Center and Diagnostic and Evaluation Center.
4) Replacement and remodel work of Electronic Security System within the
existing Lincoln Correctional Center and Diagnostic and Evaluation Center.

Job Purchase Information:

Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of the Printer, A & D Technical Supply Co., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508 (402-474-5454), from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and at web address www.adtechsupply.com, in accord with the Instructions to Bidders, upon depositing the sum of Two Hundred dollars ($200.00) for each set of Documents. Checks shall be made out to DLR Group inc.
The entire deposit will be refunded to bona fide Bidders upon the return of the
Documents, in good condition to A & D Technical Supply Co., within thirty (30) days after the Bid opening.
If shipping is required, there will be a non-refundable $35.00 fee required for each set shipped Payable to A&D Technical Supply
A complete digital copy of bid documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 payed to A&D.
