Public Notes:
West Center Village Apartments will be a 176-unit multi-family community on 204th and West Center Road with five (5) total buildings. Buildings will consist of four (4) 3-story building with wood framed structure and one (1) 4-story building with steel, concrete and wood construction. Detached garages, storm shelters and allowances will be issued in an addendum prior to the bid date.

*A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted on this project.
CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $50.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $55.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
