Bid Info:   Bids will be received at the State of Nebraska, AS/State Building Division, located at 1526 “K” St. Suite 200, Lincoln, Nebraska until 2:00 P.M. on April 30 , 2019 and will then be publicly opened and read aloud.

Project Location: Beatrice, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The Work of this Contract comprises the replacement of the existing roof assembly at Building #4 at the Beatrice State Developmental Center, located at 3000 Lincoln Street, Beatrice, Nebraska 68310, in accordance with the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
The said Documents have been prepared by Jackson - Jackson and Associates Inc., and may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, Lincoln Office with a $15.00 deposit.

The deposit will be returned to the contractor/subcontractor upon return of the plans, specifications, and addenda in good condition within (30) days after the bid opening.

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $15 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A digital download of the complete set is available for a non-refundable fee of $15 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co.
