Box 94661, Folsom and West Prospector Place, Lincoln, Nebraska 68509-4664, until Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Bid Security is required.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. A 2,700 square foot single-story parenting facility, slab-on-grade, of light wood framing construction and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
2. Occupancy Group: Educational (E).
3. Type of Construction: Type V.
4. The facility consists of two classrooms, office, supervised play area, residential demonstration kitchen, and two restrooms.
5. Site improvements consist of a covered patio area and perimeter fencing to secure existing playground equipment.
