Bid Info:   Sealed Bids will be received by Sanitary Improvement District #3 at FYRA Engineering, 12702 Westport Parkway, Suite 300, Omaha, Nebraska, 68138 until 1:00 p.m. local time, on May 23, 2019 for the Long Lane Culvert Replacement project. All Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and addressed to “Sanitary and Improvement District No. 3” and shall be marked “Proposal for Long Lane Culvert Replacement Project” with the Bidder’s name and address on said envelope.
FYRA Engineering will receive, date, and time stamp all Bids. No Bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the Owner. The Owner is not responsible for delays occasioned by the U.S. Postal Service, the Owner's internal mail delivery system, or any other means of delivery employed by Bidder.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
