Bids for the Treynor Community Schools Transportation Facility, Bus Drop
Off Lanes, High School Site Prep, Earthwork and Utilities will be received until
2:00 p.m. local time, April 18, 2019, at the Treynor Community School District Administrative
Offices located at 102 Main Street, Treynor, Iowa 51575. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of a pre-engineered conditioned Bus Maintenance Building of
approximately 4,889 square feet and an unconditioned pre-engineered Bus Storage Building of
approximately 4,893 square feet. Site work includes site preparation for both the maintenance
building and storage building, including earthwork, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and site
electrical. Also included are bus drop-off lanes. At the high school/middle school site the project
also includes preparation work for a classroom and fine arts addition at the high school. Scope
of work for site preparation includes storage building demolition, water main relocation, storm
sewer, haul infill and earthwork.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to Treynor Community Schools. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $35.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D
Technical Supply, in good condition, within 10 after the bid opening. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
