Attendance by all interested Contractors and Subcontractors is recommended. Additional site observations shall be coordinated and scheduled with the school.

Bids are due on or before April 18, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. CST. At the above stated hour, the Owner will publicly open and read aloud the bids received at the office of the Secretary Board of Education, 300 West Broadway, Suite 1600, Council Bluffs, IA 51503.

Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc, 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Council Bluffs Community School District. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained. - No partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Plan deposit is refundable if Plans and Specifications are returned to A & D Technical Supply, in good condition, within 14 days of the date of bid opening.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within stipulated time period, deposit check will be forfeited.
