The Sanitary and Improvement District No. 330 of Sarpy County, NE (R&R Commerce Park), will
receive sealed bids until 2:30 PM Local Time, Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 atOlsson (2111 South
67th Street, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106), at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened
and read aloud for furnishing labor, materials, and performing all necessary work for construction of
the project entitled “N-50 & Gold Coast Road Traffic Signal & Interconnect”.

The work to be performed in this improvement shall consist of the construction of a permanent traffic
signal at the intersection of N-50 and Gold Coast Road. Work includes a traffic signal and paving
together with other necessary appurtenances, easements, and other items of work incidental and
necessary for a completed project. All the improvements are to be located in dedicated public right-of-
way and include the following: Permanent Traffic Signal – includes the traffic signal poles, foundations, and signal heads.
Also includes signage, conduit, pull boxes, advanced warning signals and signage, conductors,
vehicle detectors, and traffic signal controller. Reference the plans for a more detailed list of all
items included.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
