Project consists of five new apartment buildings, each with 3 stories which creates the Village West Apartments complex of 202 units. The 38 plex includes a clubhouse while the 41 plex is the typical design for the rest of the buildings. Site features include detached garages, dog run and in-ground pool with associated utility building. ***Project is estimated to begin construction on September 1, 2019 and have a duration of 24 months.
