Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on March 27th, 2019 for all work set forth in the Plans, Specifications, and proposals for the above mentioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

Project Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa

Public Notes:
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: Removal of 35 SY of pavement and 550 SF of sidewalk; construction of 1,350 SF of 4 IN sidewalk, 5,000 SF of 6 IN sidewalk, and 1,310 SY of 7 IN pavement, storm sewers, streetlights, electrical distribution and landscaping.

Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
There will be an $8.00 handling fee for the use of shipper numbers (UPS).

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of City Council Award.
