Public Notes:
The Project shall consist of the interior remodel of two one-bedroom units into one two-bedroom accessible unit. Units #129 and #130 of Building C will be remodeled and combined. Changes to the exterior of the building will consist of the removal of two exterior doors, new concrete stoops and related improvements. The Project will include changes to plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and lighting, as required for the remodeled unit.



Job Purchase Information:
Contracting Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply upon payment of a deposit in the amount of $75.00. Checks are to be payable to: A&D Technical Supply. Only complete sets of documents will be issued.

Deposits will be returned upon the return of plans, specifications and all addenda in good condition within fourteen (14) days after the bid opening. All deposits will be cashed after this fourteen day period. No partial sets will receive a deposit refunds

If a bidder requests a set to be mailed, a separate nonrefundable payment of $20 dollars per set, payable to A&D Technical, shall be included to cover handling and postage.

A complete digital copy of bid documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payed to A&D.
