Bids will be opened and privately read immediately following the filing deadline at Ehrhart Griffin & Associates.

Project Location: Gretna, Nebraska

Public Notes:
The project consists of earthwork, construction of silt fence and other silt control measures including temporary silt basins and a permanent stormwater detention basin and surface restoration and all appurtenances therein as shown or described within the construction documents within the Gretna Senior Living Subdivision in Gretna, Nebraska.
MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: Excavation (includes topsoil) 53,858 CY; Embankment 59,268 CY; Silt Fence 2,884 LF; Straw Wattle 6,724 LF; Seeding 7.78 AC.

CD's and Downloads containing a complete set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
