Myrtue Memorial Hospital , will receive sealed proposals for an approximately 33,000 sq. ft. re-roof project located at 1213 Garfield Avenue, Harlan, Iowa until 2:00 p.m. CST, March 22, 2019, at which time proposals will be opened publicly in the Auble Conference Roof. All proposals shall be submitted to the office of Charles Assman, Director of Facilities, 1213 Garfield Avenue, Harlan, Iowa 51537.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO Deposit required on this project. Only ONE set per planholder allowed.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
