Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend.

Project Location: Lincoln, NE

Public Notes:
The project includes the demolition of the existing asphaltic shingles and membrane roofing, and replacement of these materials with new EPDM roofing as standing seam metal roofing as depicted on the drawings. All exterior HM framing is to be re-painted as part of this project.

Bid Documents may be obtained from A&D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE. 68508, Phone 402-474-5454, Fax 402-474-5779) for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Bidders may also obtain PDF copies of the plans and specifications from the Architect by submitting a request to biddocs@cwparchitects.com or at (402) 551-1500. A nonrefundable fee of $20 per set and a fully executed Digital Data Agreement (found in the Project Manual) is required to process digital document requests.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
