Owner will receive sealed bids until 2:00 P.M. on March 26, 2019. Bids should be submitted to: PPLC multi-purpose room – 805 Home Avenue; Lenox Iowa 50851. Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The scope of work includes the following: Replacement of existing furnaces and related air conditioning condensers and coils and related HVAC components. The project scope of work also includes related electrical modifications to the existing electrical system to support the proposed equipment. The existing HVAC distribution system (ductwork, diffusers, grilles, etc….) is to be retained and re-used.
Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $25.00 payable to Precious People Learning Center.
*A Builder's Card will also be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available at no charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 days of bid opening to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be subject to forfeiture.
