Bid Info:   Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: 11 March, 2019.
2. Bid Time: 4:00 p.m., local time.
3. Location: Wisner-Pilger High School Auditorium , 801 18th Street, Wisner, NE 68791.
Bids will be thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Public Notes:
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
Removal of existing windows and vestibule doors and replacement with new alumuminum storefront framing and doors and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.



Job Purchase Information:
Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents can be obtained by contacting A & D Technical Supply, 402-474-5454. Documents will be provided to prime bidders only; only complete sets of documents will be issued.

A physical copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $75.00 made payable to Wisner-Pilger Public Schools.

Bid documents and any issued addendum must be returned to A&D in good condition within 30 days of the bid opening or your deposit may be forfeit.

Documents can be shipped UPS-Ground for a non-refundable check in the amount of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable payment of $25.00 made payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
