The work covered by the Contract Documents is as follows:
Bid Section I – Water System Improvements: The water system improvements consist of the construction of approximately 1,800 linear feet of open trenched 10-inch PVC water main, two connections to the existing water main system; fittings, retainer glands, gate valves, hydrant assemblies, thrust blocks, seeding and miscellaneous work required for an acceptable and complete installation per the plans and specifications.

Bid Section II: Sewer System Improvements: The sanitary sewer improvements consist of the construction of 1,800 linear feet of open trenched 8-inch PVC sewer main, including standard sanitary sewer manholes; drop sanitary sewer manholes; seeding, testing, and miscellaneous work required for and acceptable and complete installation per the plans and specifications.
