Work under this contract is for the new i2c Tenant Fit-Out of the existing two-story building located at 808 North 108th Avenue, Omaha, NE 68154. The building will consist of new offices, new restrooms, a new elevator, new conference rooms and new breakrooms and reception area. Sub trades that will be required: demolition, masonry, roofing, elevator suppliers, cabinets, carpentry, metal studs, drywall, insulation, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler, emergency power and communications work, glass & glazing, doors & hardware, and bath specialties.
