The work includes the following: All materials, equipment, transportation, labor, and coordination needed to complete
the improvements associated with reconstruction of sidewalk on the east and west
side of Stone Street, between 16th & 17th Street in Falls City, NE. Improvements
shall tie into Phase I improvements at 17th Street. If the Bid Alternate is awarded,
improvements shall extend south and include both the southeast and southwest
corners of Stone Street and 16th Street. The proposed improvements include
demolition and removal of sidewalk and brick roadway, installation of new sidewalk
and crosswalk, re-striping of the existing roadway parking stalls, installation of
electrical conduits, decorative light poles, planters, amenities, landscaping. and other
associated improvements as shown on the plans.
