The project consists of two (2) new additions totaling approximately 52,000 SF
being built concurrently. Supporting departments and spaces of the new additions
include new Surgery Expansion, Radiology Expansion, Central Sterile Expansion,
Biohazard, Dining Expansion, Conference Rooms, IT Support, Cardiac Rehab,
Penthouses, and Central Plant Expansion. Following the completion of each
addition, a multi-phased renovation totaling approximately 45,000 SF will follow.
Supporting departments and spaces of the renovation include Kitchen and Dining,
Nuclear Medicine, Endoscopy, Central Sterile, Gift Shop, Foundation, Obstetric
Care (LDRP/NICU), Skilled Nursing, In-Patient Rehab, and Quality. The overall
anticipated project duration will be 21-24 months with a projected start date of
April 2019.
