Bid Info:   Proposals shall be addressed and delivered in a sealed envelope to Santee Community Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 206 Frazier Avenue East, Niobrara, Nebraska 68760. Proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. on February 21, 2019.

Public Notes:
Santee Community Schools is requesting proposals from qualified construction management firms (CM@R) to provide construction management at risk services for the construction of additions and renovations to the existing building in Niobrara, Nebraska (Project).

Additions and renovations to the Existing Building in Niobrara, Nebraska, including but not limited to the following: New Early Learning Center Addition: An approximately 10,000 square foot new addition adjacent to the northwest portion of the existing school building.

In addition to the early learning center functions, the new addition will include a new secure main building entrance, and renovations in the existing main school building.

The total project budget is $2.8 Million.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain proposal documents from A & D Technical Supply Co., 1822 N Street, Lincoln, Nebraska, 68508, upon a non-refundable fee of $20.00 per set of documents.

A & D Technical Supply will mail bidding documents upon receipt of a check made out to A & D Technical Supply for $8.00 per set, non-refundable, to cover shipping and handling.

A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $15.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
