Sealed proposals will be opened and bids tabulated at 2:00 P.M. on January 31, 2019, in the Pottawattamie County Conservation Board Office for consideration by the Pottawattamie County Conservation Board at its meeting on February 12, 2019. The Pottawattamie County Conservation Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
