Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 32,000 sf of existing fiberglass shingles, underlayment and edge metals with the installation of new underlayment and fiberglass shingles. All existing metal fascias, gutters, and downspouts will remain. Existing expansion joints are to be replaced, but retained.

Documents are also available for viewing at the Lincoln Builders Bureau, Omaha Builders Exchange, Superior Street2 Facility.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Digital copies are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Unsuccesful bidders must return bid documents to A&D Technical Supply within 45 days of the bid opening or the deposit may be forfeit.
