Sealed Bids will be received by MILLARD PUBLIC SCHOOLS (MPS) at the Don Stroh Administration
Center, Conference Room A, 5606 South 147th Street, Omaha, Nebraska, until 11:00 A.M., JANUARY 16,
2019, for furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the project designated as MPS
WEST HIGH ENTRY PLAZA IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 2, and all other work necessary or incidental
thereto, as per plans and specifications on file at A&D Technical Supply Company, 4320 South 89th Street,
Omaha, Nebraska 68127, (402) 592-4950, at which time Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and
tabulated.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $10.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.
If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
