Schuyler Community Schools is requesting proposals
from qualified construction management firms (CM@R) to provide construction additions and
renovations to the existing Schuyler Central High School building and exterior site located at 401
Adam Street, Schuyler, Nebraska (“Project”).
Construction of additions and renovations to the existing Schuyler Central High School building located on the Owner’s property at 401 Adam Street, Schuyler, Nebraska. The addition shall consist of a new building addition to include an approximately 32,500 total square foot new gymnasium, cafeteria, kitchen, locker rooms, and mezzanine, plus site work, kitchen equipment, gym fixtures and other furnishings, fixtures, and equipment. The renovation / remodel shall consist of the conversion of the existing approximately 11,500 square foot gymnasium to a theater, including seating and other furnishings, fixtures, and equipment.

per set of documents.
A & D Technical Supply will ship bidding documents upon receipt of a check
made out to A & D Technical Supply for $15.00 per set, non-refundable, to
cover shipping and handling.
A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
