Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received for the construction of new restrooms at Embrace Park, 405 West Benjamin Avenue, Norfolk, Nebraska. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at the Norfolk City Offices Training Room, 309 N. 5th St., Norfolk, Nebraska. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above date and time, or shortly thereafter.

The Work consists of the following: The Work includes construction of new restrooms at Embrace Park for the City of Norfolk.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to CMBA Architects. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.


Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

CD's and Electronic Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon receipt of a non-refundable fee in the amount of $20.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.


Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 10 days of the opening of proposals to obtain a deposit refund.

ALL BID DOCUMENTS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE OF CANNON MOSS BRYGGER ARCHITECTS, 208 N. PINE STREET, SUITE 301, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
DO NOT RETURN PLANS TO A&D OR YOUR DEPOSIT CHECK WILL BE CASHED!
