PreBid Info:   There will be a pre-bid meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 3:00 PM CT at the existing Department of Transportation Office and Maintenance Shop, 1300 S. Ohlman St., Mitchell, SD 57301. Meeting is optional but is the only time for bidders to review the site with Architect. Bidders are responsible to know site conditions prior to submitting bids.

Summary Project Description: A 15732 s.f. Precast Repair Shop Addition and Renovation of Existing 14,321 s.f. Shop Space. Note: Project will be constructed in two phases. Phase 1 - The New Shop Addition shall be complete and occupied by the owner before Phase 2- The Existing Shop Remodel may begin.

Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950. There is NO deposit required on this project.

CD's and Downloads containing a full set of Bid Documents in PDF format are available upon request at No Charge.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.
If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days of Bid Opening to receive a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
