Bid Info:   Sealed bids will be received in the 209 Pearl Street office of the City Clerk until 10 o'clock a.m. on December 20, 2018 for all work set forth in the plans, specifications, and proposals for the abovementioned project. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately following the filing deadline in the City Clerk's office of City Hall.

MAJOR ITEMS OF WORK for this project include the following approximate quantities: 2429 SY 7 in. Pavement with Integral Curb, 141 SY 4 in. Concrete Sidewalk, 62 LF 15 in. Storm Sewer, 207 LF 18 in. Storm Sewer, 68 LF 24 in Storm Sewer, 8 EA Storm Sewer Intake, 652, LF 12 in. Sanitary Sewer Gravity Main, 2 EA Sanitary Sewer Manhole.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $250.00 payable to Olsson Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
