Construction Documents may be obtained by calling A&D Technical Supply, http://www.adtechplans.com (1822 N Street, Lincoln, NE Phone: 402-474-5454) upon receipt of a $25.00 deposit, checks made payable to Fairbury Housing Authority.
An additional non-refundable $15.00 will be required for documents to be mailed.
A digital copy of documents can be downloaded for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co.
Deposits will be refunded if all documents are returned in good condition within 30 calendar days after the date of the bid opening.
