Bid Info:   Bids will be received by the Owner until 4:00 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2018, at the District Office, Milford Public Elementary School, 1200 West 1st Street, Milford, Nebraska 68405. Immediately thereafter bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Elementary library.

Project Location: Milford, Nebraska

Public Notes:
This project consists of approximately 11,600 SF hardened classroom addition to the North East side of the existing Elementary School. The new construction will be concrete block walls with brick veneer on the exterior walls, structural steel and concrete roof, HVAC, lighting and power distribution, and extensions of the existing Fire Detections and Suppression Systems. Renovation in the existing Elementary School will include finish improvements in the classroom and common areas affected by the new construction.



Job Purchase Information:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at the office of A & D Technical Supply, upon the deposit of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per set

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $20 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

A complete digital copy of bid documents can be obtained from A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 payed to A&D.

Unsuccesful bidders must return bid documents to A&D Technical Supply within 45 days of the bid opening or the deposit may be forfeit.
