Public Notes:
his project consists of all labor, equipment, materials, travel, licenses and permits to replace all of the roofs on the Norfolk Readiness Center. Project will include replacing the existing fully adhered EPDM Roof with a 90 mil EPDM Roof with 30 year warranty, replacing the deteriorated stone coping, replace all insulation, rebuild brick parapets, tuck point the exterior facade, and remove and replace all sealant. The gutters and downspouts will need to be removed and reinstalled after roof replacement in a workman-like manner. All existing roofs will be removed down to a clean deck.
