Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 4,800 square feet. The intention is to have documents reflect the removal of existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 60 or 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system.
