PreBid Info:   A tour of the existing building and a pre-bid conference will be held at the building on December 18th, 2018 at 10 am. Interested parties are to meet in the Lobby of the WW Wood Building located at 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, Nebraska 69101, at location shown on cover sheet of drawings. Bidders are encouraged to attend walkthrough. At discretion of Owner, bids may be rejected if Contractor has not attended the walkthrough.

Bid Info:   Mid Plains Community College will receive sealed bids until 2:00 pm Central Time on January 15th, 2019 at the WW Wood Building, North Platte Mid-Plains Community College Campus, 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, Nebraska 69101. Bids must be mailed to Mid-Plains Community College, Attn: Kim Maciejewski, 1101 Halligan Drive, North Platte, NE 69101. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.

You are invited to bid on a combined contract, including general, and electrical work for the Mid Plains Community College at Mid Plains Community College, North Platte Campus WW Wood Building.



Job Purchase Information:
Contractors may obtain full sets of Drawings and Project Manual from the following location:
A&D Technical Supply Co., 4320 So. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127 (402) 592-4950 ext. 4, or by the Virtual Plan Room at www.adtechsupply.com.

A deposit in the amount of $50.00 (made payable to Specialized Engineering Solutions) will be required for each set of bidding documents.

If shipping is required there is a non refundable flat rate of $20.00 per set made payable to A&D Technical Supply.

CD's and Downloads of the project in PDF format are available at a cost of $15.00 each, PURCHASE ONLY.

Any bidder upon returning the documents in good condition immediately following the public opening of the bids, shall be returned the deposit in full.
