Bid Info:   Sealed proposals for this project will be received until 4:00 PM Mountain Time on November 12, 2018 at the High School Administration Conference Room at 360 West 4th Street, PO Box 216, Cody NE 69211. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Please check in at the main office.

Project: Consist of the construction of a new 2,800 square foot pre-fabricated metal building weight room addition at the High School building.



Job Purchase Information:
Copies of plans and specifications may be obtained from A & D Technical Supply of Lincoln on October 19th upon payment of a $100.00 deposit for each set.

The deposit will be refunded upon return of the plans and specifications in good condition within 45 days after the bid opening date.

Documents can be shipped for a non-refundable fee of $15 payable to A&D Technical Supply.

Plans and specifications may be examined after October 22nd, 2018 at the office of the Architect, CGID Architecture, 319 East Francis Suite 101, North Platte, Nebraska; Lincoln Builder's Bureau, Lincoln; Omaha Builder's Exchange, Omaha; FW Dodge, Omaha; Builder’s Plan Service, Grand Island; Chamber Plan Service, Kearney, Reed Construction Data, Norcross, GA.

Digital copies are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee of $25 payable to A&D Technical Supply.
