YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Education Service Unit #1 shall receive sealed bids on a
combined general contract for a renovation and expansion of the current ESU Facility in Wakefield, NE;
That said bids shall be received by the Owner until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 8, 2018 Bill
Heimann, Administrator of ESU #1 at the existing ESU #1, 211 10th Street Wakefield, Nebraska.
Immediately thereafter bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to
attend.
