Bid Info:   Sealed bids for the construction and installation of water works improvements for and on behalf of the Council Bluffs Water Works will be received by the Secretary of the Board of Water Works Trustees of the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa (hereinafter called the "Owner"), at 2000 North 25th Street, Council Bluffs, Iowa, until 1:30 PM on the 19th day of November, 2018, at which time the Secretary and Engineer will publicly open the bids in the Board Conference Room at said address, announce the amount of the bids, and file all proposals received.

Public Notes:
The Work consists of construction of approximately 2,051 feet of 24-inch, 2,840 feet of 20-inch and 7,060 feet of 8-inch water main on Avenue A in the City of Council Bluffs, Iowa.



Job Purchase Information:
Bid Documents may be obtained from the office of A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc., 4320 S. 89th Street, Omaha, NE 68127, (402) 592-4950 upon receipt of a refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 payable to HGM Associates. *A Builder's Card will NOT be accepted in lieu of deposit check.
Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued.

If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $25.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc.

Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from the date of award to obtain a deposit refund.
If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
