Separate Sealed proposals will be received by Brenda Wheeler, Clerk of the City of Blair at City Hall, 218
South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, until 10:00AM on the 13th day of November, 2018, for furnishing all
labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to complete all work designated as 16th Street Water Main
Replacement and Upgrade. Proposals will be at that time publicly opened, read aloud and tabulated.
