Project Description: In general, Work consists of removal of approximately 5,400 s.f. of existing roofing, insulation and edge metals in all areas and replace with a tapered insulation system and fully adhered, 90 mil, 30 year no dollar limit warranty, EPDM membrane system.

Unsuccesful bidders must return bid documents to A&D Technical Supply within 45 days of the bid opening or the deposit may be forfeit.
